I have known Greg and Jennecca since I was 10 years old and they were dating in High School. Since then They have had three great kids- Bo, Labelle and Griffin. It is always great to hang out and photograph friends that I haven’t seen for a while. We went out behind there house in Aberdeen, Idaho just as the sun was setting and caught the magic hour light. While in southeast Idaho on assignment for the star news I was able to break away and do some family portraits in my spare time. The shroeder family lives right on the edge of the American Falls Reservoir. We met up at about 9:00 AM and caught the end of the nice morning light. More Photos after the Jump.

This December Lane Jacobs and I paddled the classic Little White Salmon on an especially cold day. The temperature was about 20 Degrees Fahrenheit which made for crazy Ice formations the whole way down. This is one shot from the day.

Todd Wells is 17 years old and has ran more large waterfalls than any other kid his age. He loves whitewater kayaking and is currently traveling with the world class kayak academy. We took a quick run down the Green Truss section of the White Salmon and used the off camera flash because it was a really overcast day.

My brother Abe’s Family, Stacey his wife, Remy, and Rogan live in Butte Montana. We decided just to go up the hill to a lookout over the city of Butte for their family portraits this year. More photos after the jump.

Ron Davis runs KOPW and Magic radio stations. I met Ron and Shelly Davis when I was going to high school in Butte and living with my brother. We met up at the Montana Technical institute campus We spent about an 30 minutes and came away with some great shots.
